Welcome aboard the former coast guard vessel, “DEFENDER”, as we embark on a 2 hr adventure circumnavigating Swan’s Island. View the entire coastline of your vacation destination without developing a blister from walking miles and miles of coastline. We will tour the most scenic coves and points while taking the occasional detour to view some of the resident wildlife that frequent these areas. We will depart from either the Ferry Landing or Burnt Coat Harbor depending on the day and the weather. You will be notified the day before the excursion.

This charter takes you and your group to view coastal and pelagic birds such as puffins and razorbills near their nesting site on Seal Island. We usually see white sided dolphins, sunfish, and an occasional whale on this trip. We also stop at Isle au Haut twice, coming and going(to stretch our legs and grab lunch) since it is our midway point. (meal is not included)
